Village Cooking Class

by Brent May

Learn to cook like a local in an Mexican village along the Zimitan River outside of Huatulco. Chiles & Chocolate cooking classes offer delicious culinary and cultural experiences that explore a variety of Mexican cuisine. The hands-on classes ensure you will leave prepared to recreate the dishes when you get home. There is no better way to get to know a place than through its food.

You will be picked up at 8:30 AM, stop at Café Juanita on your way out of town to grab a quick Grab and Go breakfast. The driving will continue down the windy coastal road to the village of Zimitan.
